Signature Mix & Serve Package Perfect for: Birthdays, weddings, or cocktail parties Includes: 1–2 certified bartenders (depending on guest count) 4–5 hour service window Custom drink menu consultation (up to 3 signature drinks) Disposable cups, napkins, bar mats, basic garnish station (lime, lemon, mint) Client supplies alcohol/mixers 💲 Starting at $425 3. Full Bar Setup Package Perfect for: Formal events, large weddings, corporate celebrations Includes: 1–3 bartenders Mobile bar or luxury bar station (S&S branded or neutral) Ice, garnish bar, mixers (soda, juice, tonic), basic syrups 3 signature drinks + beer/wine/cocktail service Disposable glassware or premium cups Menu signage + cleanup 💲 Starting at $795 (Does not include alcohol due to licensing restrictions unless served at a private event with BYOB permission)
Cancellation Policy
✅ General Requirements Client Must Be 21 or Older to book bartending services. Valid photo ID is required for all guests receiving alcoholic beverages. Bartenders reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated, aggressive, or underage. 🧾 Booking & Payment A 25–50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Remaining balance is due at least 3 days before the event unless otherwise agreed. Events booked less than 7 days in advance require full payment at booking. 🧊 What’s Included Bartender(s) and tools (based on selected package) Setup and breakdown time (typically 1 hour before/after service) Service does not include alcohol, unless specified under a licensed arrangement 🧯 Legal Compliance S&S Entertainment Solutions does not provide or sell alcohol. The client must supply all alcohol, unless event is held in a BYOB-permitted private venue. Bartenders operate under Virginia ABC guidelines and will discontinue service if necessary for guest safety. 🚫 Cancellation & Changes Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event are eligible for rescheduling within 90 days. No refunds within 7 days of event. Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested in writing.
