Cancellation Policy

✅ Booking & Payment A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve your date and time. The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days prior to the event. Pricing is based on hours of service and number of children expected. 👩🏽‍🎨 Service Guidelines Our face painting is designed for ages 3 and up. Children must be accompanied by an adult and willing participants—we will not paint crying, sleeping, or resistant children. We use professional-grade, hypoallergenic, water-based face paints that are safe for most skin types and easy to remove with soap and water. We will not paint on open wounds, rashes, or visibly sick children for health and safety reasons. 🧼 Health & Safety All brushes, sponges, and materials are sanitized between events and regularly replaced. Hand sanitizer is used before each session, and face painters follow basic hygiene practices throughout. In the event of extreme heat, poor weather, or illness, artists may modify their setup or painting approach for safety. 🔁 Cancellations & Changes Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event may be rescheduled within 60 days (based on availability). Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. If the event is outdoors, client must provide shelter/shade for the painter to work safely.
