Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment A 50% deposit is required to secure your date and reserve your MC and equipment. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the event. Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit is received and agreement signed. 🛠️ Equipment Use & Responsibility Equipment provided (JBL speaker, microphones, tablet, etc.) is the property of S&S Entertainment Solutions. Clients are responsible for preventing damage, misuse, or theft of equipment during the rental period. If any equipment is lost or damaged due to negligence or unsafe conditions, the client will be billed for replacement or repair costs. Equipment will be set up and packed down only by S&S staff — no customer handling unless discussed. ⏰ Arrival & Setup Our MC and tech will arrive 30–45 minutes before your start time to set up and test equipment. Please ensure the performance area is clear and that electrical outlets are accessible. For outdoor events, shade or cover must be provided for equipment and performers. We do not operate in wet or unsafe weather conditions. 🎤 Karaoke MC Terms Our MCs are there to entertain, guide guests, and manage the karaoke experience — they are not responsible for crowd control. The customer must ensure adult supervision at children’s parties. MCs will lead games, contests, and shoutouts when included in your selected package. ❗ Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made 7+ days in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 3–6 days receive a 50% deposit refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted once with at least 72 hours' notice (based on availability). 🔌 Power Requirements One grounded 3-prong outlet is required within 25 feet of the performance area. If your event is in a remote or outdoor area with no power access, please let us know in advance to discuss generator rental options. 📸 Media & Promotion S&S Entertainment Solutions may capture photos or video clips for promotional purposes during events. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us in writing prior to the event.
