Service Description
🎭 Live Character Visits by S&S Entertainment Solutions Bring the magic to your next event! Our costumed characters delight children and guests with interactive fun, perfect photo ops, and lasting memories. We currently offer: 🧸 Teddy Bear Mascots 🕷️ Spider-Man 👑 Disney-Inspired Princesses Additional characters available upon request Tier 1: Meet & Greet Mini Visit (30 minutes) One costumed character of your choice Short welcome and warm-up Posing for pictures with kids and guests Quick interaction and light play 💰 Price: $150 ✅ Perfect for surprise entrances or a quick magical moment Tier 2: Interactive Party Visit (1 hour) One costumed character of your choice Meet & greet with all children Guided games or dancing Story time or simple character activity (princess tea time, superhero training, etc.) Group photos and happy birthday moment 💰 Price: $200 ✅ Ideal for birthdays, play dates, and party headliners Tier 3: Deluxe Character Experience (1.5 hours) One costumed character Full interactive experience including: Themed games, dancing, storytime, or mini performance Character-led birthday cake moment Photos and mingling Add-on: Second character (optional upgrade) Add-on: Face painter or party attendant 💰 Price: $300 ✅ Best for larger parties or events where the character is the main attraction Optional Add-Ons: Additional 30 minutes: $50 Second character: $125 Face painting: $100/hour Note: Prices may vary based on specific character requests and availability.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment A 50% deposit is required to secure your date and character. Remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to your event. We accept payments via credit/debit card, Zelle, or business invoice. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and signed agreement. ⏰ Arrival & Time Allotment Characters will arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled time to prepare. Your time slot begins at the scheduled start time, not the character’s arrival. Additional time can be added in advance for an extra fee, based on availability. ❗ Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance are eligible for a full refund of deposit. Cancellations made within 3–6 days will receive a 50% refund of deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed once at no additional fee with at least 72 hours' notice. 🚸 Parental Supervision An adult must be present at all times during the character visit. Performers are not responsible for supervising children or managing crowd control. 🧼 Safety & Environment We require a safe, clean, and smoke-free environment for indoor visits. Outdoor events must have a shaded or covered area for performers in costume. Please notify us of uneven terrain or stairs at the setup location in advance. 🎭 Character Substitutions While we do our best to fulfill character requests, substitutions may occur due to illness or scheduling conflicts. You will be notified and offered an alternative or refund. 📷 Photo & Media Use S&S Entertainment Solutions may use event photos for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
